Really fab session tonight with you lovely lot, with drills, submarines and finishing with some kick battles!
Thank you for bringing your energy and humour to what was a tough kick session Simon H, Simon A, Paul, Chris, Philip, Emski, Holly, Bex, Peter and some lovely folks from Gade Valley Harriers - Andy, Dylan, Emma and Angelina.
